3️⃣ Create a Realistic Action Plan: Based on your unique needs and goals, we’ll develop a personalized plan that aligns with your lifestyle. This plan is designed to be practical, sustainable, and free from rigid dieting.

4️⃣ Learn & Build Skills: You’ll receive education, strategies, and tools to support your progress. Whether it’s meal planning, mindful eating, or navigating food choices, I’ll equip you with the knowledge to make confident decisions.

5️⃣ Stay Accountable & Adjust: Through ongoing sessions, we’ll track progress, celebrate wins, and make adjustments as needed. This process ensures your goals remain achievable and realistic.
